The main functions of the HRM involve planning, hiring, training and development, performance appraisal, and job analysis, directing, organizing, and controlling. However, in most of the companies, the HRM is focused mainly in recruiting and hiring potential employees for the organization. The orientation program of every employee is an important part and the HRM manages it in a proper manner. It is also the duty of the HRM to maintain a good working environment and to manage the employee relations within the workplace in a suitable manner (Arulrajah et al. 2015).
